WE ARE HIRING: FEMALE PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Join a premier Real Estate Company based in Gampaha! With over 17 years of industry excellence and ongoing island-wide expansion, we are looking for a highly organized, dynamic, and fluent Female Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Managing Director.
What You Will Do:
Administrative Support: Provide customized daily support to the MD and our team of Real Estate Agents.
Office Management: Manage scheduling, handle client calls, and process property-related correspondence (Invoices, Agreements, Deeds, Survey Plans).
Document Control: Type, format, and expertly edit documents, presentations, and property advertisements.
On-the-Go Coordination: Organize travel arrangements and actively travel for site visits and property inspections.
What We Are Looking For:
Language Skills: Exceptional fluency in English (both written and verbal communication is a must).
Education: GCE A/L with a Diploma or equivalent (Secretarial certification is a strong advantage).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and standard office equipment.
High Flexibility: We need a highly autonomous professional who is adaptable, proactive, and readily available for frequent travel and property inspections. (Ideal for an independent individual with a flexible lifestyle ready to commit to a fast-paced environment).
What We Offer:
Monthly Salary: Rs. 100,000/=
Additional Perks: Excellent Sales Commissions on top of the basic salary!
