✅ Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube Pages
✅ Create Attractive Social Media Posts & Advertisements
✅ Upload & Promote Property Listings
✅ Handle WhatsApp & Messenger Inquiries
✅ Basic Photo / Video Editing & Content Creation
✅ Website Content Updating & Online Promotions
✅ SEO Friendly Post Writing & Hashtag Management
✅ Coordinate with Clients & Marketing Team

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Good knowledge of Facebook & Social Media Marketing
✔ Basic Graphic Designing Skills (Canva / Photoshop knowledge preferred)
✔ Good English & Sinhala communication skills
✔ Computer literacy & Internet knowledge essential
✔ Positive attitude & willingness to learn
✔ Experience in Real Estate Marketing is an added advantage
